Game Crashing

My game round has crashed several times today. I have tried changing my internet connection and even accessing the game on mobile, but that doesn't work. Please fix this because I currently can only enter my game for a few minutes before the system crashes again. It usually takes at least 10 minutes to reload the game after it crashes.
