Game goes to black screen once opening app on mobile

I tried opening the app this morning and all it did was show a black screen, I tried opening it in Google on mobile, but that also went to a black screen. I tried reinstalling the game on my phone but even that didn't work. I attached a screenshot if that helps in any way, the file name also shows its from call of war. What do I do?
