Game isn't loading

Clear your browser cache, close it and open it again.

Done that. I've even tried another browser and computer entirely to see if that helped.

You could have been banned for violating Terms of Use. Check your e=mail and see if Mod has sent you a message.

But it's just one of my two games… The other one loads fine.

And I have no messages (in-game, on this site, or via e-mail) that say anything like what you're suggesting.

Going on two full days and JUST ONE GAME of the two I play will not load. Tried clearing my cache, and even using a diff computer and browser entirely. It's just not letting me in. I guess I forfeit any chance to play that game.

Make sure you have allowed cookies for this site. Won't work without them. I'm not sure as your other game loads but stranger things have happened.

Is this game, by any chance, a world map game? Those take significantly longer to load than others.

Could you also please put down some info for the game, such as the number?

Well at this point it's been several days since I've been able to play in that game. I am actually expecting a "you were removed" notice since I can't get in. Sucks. I'd only been in that game a few days. I thought it was something with the game the other time it's happened cuz clearly the ppl playing were buddy-buddy and I was the odd-one-out… But this makes 2 out of 3 games I've started since trying this game about 2-3 weeks ago. I think once that one with my friends and I are is over, I am done with this game. I will find one that doesn't arbitrarily lock you out of your game for days on end (or until it boots you entirely) to spend my time on. Thanks anyway.

Well, two out of three games I was in dropped me for inactivity cuz the game just up and refused to load JUST THOSE TWO. Since there's no help here but "tough luck, sucks to be you" and it's clearly quite a common problem, when my final game is either done or locks me out, I am done with this. It's too much hassle and work to be thrown away cuz the game decides to not work… since there's clearly no help…

I am having the same problem! I am only in one game, but it will not load, cleared cache and data from chrome and still nothing. A game I enjoy at last and I cannot use it from day 7.

Can someone who works for this company please provide a solution or provide a refund for the gold purchased.

Same problem here. Depressing, but this is a great game and sometimes the servers have to go down!

Dont worry folks, the server is down temporarily. It should be back up again sometime hopefully soon.
