another option you could try is changing your browser, if that still doesn't work submit a bug report please.

Game map is frozen
I'm playing two games now, one is fine with no issues. The other game no matter what I do I cannot move the map or zoom out to see anything else besides my starting country area. I have restarted my browser, cleared my cache, even restarted my computer, no improvement. I even tried to play on my phone but the same thing happened. The most confusing part is that my 2nd game is fine. Any ideas on this?

I have seen sometimes when a game with a lot of units visible gets very cumbersome for your devices to display. If you are using enhanced graphics I suggest switching them off and trying again.
