Game Not Loading

Hi, my game (#9780189) will not load. It gets stuck at almost fully loaded and just stays there. This happens on both mobile and desktop. I tried changing networks and waiting and neither solution worked. Also, when I try to load the games of other people who posted something similar, I encounter the same issue. Thanks
