game not loading

i tried clearing my cache for both chrome and CoW,updating chrome,changing network,reinstalling,playing on a different browser and playing on a different phone and i dont really know what to do,i also submitted a support ticket and they havent got back to me yet

This has happened to me before, and it lasted a similar amount of time too. Not much you can do. Just wait it out, and the game should let work eventually. Support should have gotten back to you by now, since it’s been over 3 days.
