I suggest that you report the problem using the in-game bug report function -- click on the cogwheel "tools" symbol in the lower right-hand corner of the game screen, and when that menu unfolds, click on the "bug" icon to submit a bug report. Remember to include the game number in your report. This will get you on the queue, rather than waiting for a response from the forum staff here, where they will more than likely tell you to submit a bug report.
