Game stuck with losing bar

My game is not loading at all for me. I can load other games in my collection, but not the one in actually info at the moment. I click on the game, and the loading screen with the moving red bar appears, then never goes away. There is no error message whatsoever, and I've waited up to 20 minutes and it does not load LOSING IS SUPPOSED TO BE LOADING IN THE TITLE, AUTOCORRECT
