Game System Chat Banning Temporary

Hello everybody, I was trying to copy a more than four hundred character/word message in the chat and it warned me that it is over 400 words so I deleted some. Then I tried to send it, it told me that it is still over 400. I tried to send the link of the message (It is a link to a thread). Chat blocked me temporarily. It happened the day before when I am trying to do that. I understand that it is some setting that allows the game to block me from chat when sending a lot message, but I did not send it out. Please solve this. Thanks
