Game Unplayable

Okay, so this is a weird one.

I just joined a game and was selected as Great Britain before logging into the country map.

What the first strange thing I noticed was that I already had 8 Diplomacy notices immediately upon logging in. The second is how a blue arrow appearing up on the upper right corner of the screen prevented me from opening any tabs or clicking buttons 'while in this stage of the tutorial'

In short, as it stands, 1391329 is purely inaccessible. I did keep the game active though so a developer can review the running code for any syntax errors.
