Games will not open

Individual games will not open after your last update. They sit there and act like they are loading for 10 minutes with a full green bar. Log in and forum screens work just fine.

Same, none of my games open now.

One of my games loads, the other does not. I only get the load bar half way before it sticks.

This is a known issue and I assure you the developers are working to fix it. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Same with me it will only open games on day 23 and above and not the game 19 and below

Hey all.

I am having the same problem, opened the game in Chrome and loaded fine. My usual browser is Google, but I use Explorer. Try opening the game in Chrome and see what happens

Thanks Death Penguin.I too opened with chrome and it worked just fine. Still cant open with explorer though.

Hi everyone, thanks for the reports.

Is it correct that the issue is appearing in Internet Explorer only?

If you have any more information for me it could help a lot to solve this problem quickly.

Have the same issue, has main screen and forum, select games and get green loading bar, how will this affect pioneer status. is using internet explorer

Chrome had experienced longer loading times after the update, but has recently become quicker to load
