glitch
I have tried to attack a 2 stack unit with many units all my units go to the point of attack then go into waiting mode both artillery attack and direct attack

any thoughts on how a ghost unit occurs ?

"ghosts" are the consequence of intel from spies or scouting. The ghosts are the positions of the units at the time they were detected.

in this case I watched the 2 TD units move into a province occupied by a 2 paratrooper units the first attack they lost 1 TD Then I went to bed. The next day 1TD and 1 Militia was still there I attempted to attack it but I couldn't it remained until day chance. "strange"
