Glitch with Achievements and Rewards

There seems to be a problem with Achievments and Rewards. I won a game yesterday and recieved no prizes (worth 5000 plus points in gold). Today I achieved gold status for Mobile and desktop warrior (worth 6000 gold each) but recieved nothing. I play the game because its fun. I pay to play (for gold and Premium account) because I get rewards and achievement gold. For me, its a 2 way street. Unless it's not anymore? Please help.
