Glitched Build

Hi.

The requirements for building ships have changed. You most probably need to ahve a higher level of your naval base now to build that unit.

Until you have this, the unit production is stalled.

I already had a lvl 3 naval base though. Also, my buildings are being destroyed. I think I might have spies.

Also! The same it's subnormal. Done a bug report.

And i saw it's the same on my allies! espacially infrastructures level 2 harbours level 2 and so on ...

It can't be a spy: Too munch and at the same time in two games!

This is not a bug, the building levels have been updated.

Most of them now only have 3 levels instead of 5. (Giving the same max bonus).

This means: If you had level 4 before, you will now have a half finished level 3...

This corresponds to the building you had before and will give you the same bonus on production you had before.
