Gold deducted but info requested not given, what do we do?

Reveal all armies did 2, only revealed one. Did send a private report as yet no reply.
This is the third time this has happened. Twice, a month/5 weeks ago.
Maybe you did it too quick for the computer to process...perhaps you should reveal 1 army, wait a few minutes than reveal again???BladeFisher wrote:

There are times when your device is slow to update the images. Reload the page and the armies should be revealed.
If the gold was deducted the action was processed.
If you are not connected to the server when you make the request then the gold will be returned to your inventory when connection to the server is re-established.

No I am not happy with that, lost over 9,000 gold and it has been deducted. Happened at 1525 CET and reported asap via report mail.
Frankly I want it re-imbursed. How can I reload images from 4 hours ago?
All reports are handled in the order they are received. As I donβt find a βBladefisherβ game account I am not able to check on the status of your report.
In my experience the requested actions are always processed at the time the payment is deducted from your gold inventory. I have yet to find any cases where gold was deducted and no spy report given in return.

Well it did and I sent a message through straight away. I then went into the forum.
How do I contact the admin team, messaging on here rather poor for that. Good if you want to know why this or that happened but more serious issues not so quick to deal with.
Who do I complain to? This is cheating your customer so I'll take it up with the card company too.
It has happened THREE times in three months.
