For a long time now my ads will lag and either not pay out or will take multiple times to watch just for it to pay me once or skip to the next one. I’ve lost out on thousands of gold because of this. My connection is perfect and phone is brand a new iPhone. No other problems with other games. This happened on an old i account I lost a while ago as well. Please help and can I get some compensation for the lost gold?

The video adds don't work on Iphone. It's only for Android and Huawei.
The adds are delivered by an outside service.
There will probably be no gold compensation as you have never bought gold and you have never lost gold.
Sometimes this can also be due to the ad provider when the syncing didnt work properly. For any compensations please contact the support team and state all the details.

Ads also work on iOS devices (iphone). If they dont then it is a bug that has to be reported immediately.

oh, I was sure that was a regular bug. It occures to me almost everyday, I need to watch some tiers of ads two or even three times to get the reward lol

The ads work on my iPhone. However, sometimes I have to do the ad twice for it to open up the next level. I have an iPhone 7.
