im trying to get help. i purchased gold during the bonus thing but didnt get the bonus gold and i click on the support tap at bottom but it doesn't open.

Thankyou for your report and your patience. I would like to apologize for this inconvenience.
If the support tab at the bottom of the forum does not work for you then please contact support either in game via the "report a bug option in the settings cog" or via the Call of War Support tab that is located at the end of your main Call of War account homepage and create a support ticket.
By doing any of these steps this issue will be brought to the attention of those responsible in dealing with all gold and payment related issues.
