Gold purchase bug (store)

Playing on Ipad2air For a few hrs now i have been trying to purchase the 49% extra offer of 302.400 gold + 1 month supreme command/ Opper bevel But uppon pressing the purchase button it just endlesly shows the circle dot load/wait icon. The game freezes up and i have to use double tap home button and swipe up to close the game. It only does this with the 49% offer. Can any1 tell me if this bug is known or being worked on yet? I don’t wanna settle for the 252.000 gold o

I am not aware of any bugs relating to purchases from the store like this.

It sounds like you are using the mobile app. Perhaps if you log in using a browser it will work properly, that will help us determine if it is an app bug or a bug with all of mobile.

In order to test this can you please list:

Device: Ipad air

operating system: iOS version number

App or mobile browser?

If you are unable to get it to work please submit a bug report from within the game for payment issues and the payment department will take care of you
