Goods and Rare Materials production stopped

I am playing a 13 day old game, and today around 2h ago I noticed my goods and rare material production had both dropped to 0. I believe this is due to the new update, but my game was started 13 days ago and my troops still consume goods and rare materials so I am actively losing resources!!! How could this happen?
