Goods not delivered

I'm playing in game 1201811, and I just bought a little over 2000 Goods on the market. The only thing different than usual, is that I had the Province Construction window up while the market window was up as well. I bought the goods, the money went away, but the goods did not arrive. I've tried refreshing the game, and I let it sit for around 10 min and I'm still low on cash and goods.

I suppose it is possible I clicked on Food in stead of goods, but there is no log or anything I can check is there?
