Hacker destroyed my fleet with one attack

So I'm playing as Madagascar in a World at War game. My coalition has conquered much of the map (long story) and we are close to winning the game. I am at war with Sumatra and New Zealand. NZ is using lots of naval units, but they're mostly level 1 and 2.

So I built a fresh stack of 3 battleships and 2 cruisers (5 units total) to attack one of his stacks. My stack has 369 hitpoints to start. I attacked his stack with my range, and he attacked back a couple minutes later. I didn't know his composition since my vessels were too far away, but after his first attack on me, this was all that remained:

He almost destroyed my whole stack. All that's left is a low-HP battleship. His stack might have had lots of units, but he would have needed high-level battleships to wreak that much damage, and I've only seen lvl 2 battleships from him. This leads me to believe there is a hacker involved. Please advise.

Missile strike? Bombing run? lots of ships? if you had no destroyer escorts then that player is probably laughing their pants off due to subs.

The possibilities apart from battleships are endless.

But either way submit a support ticket if you are sure it was something against the rules.

He probably attacked you with a nuke, submarines, or missiles. If you really think he's a hacker then report him.

1. Advice don’t be Madagascar.

2. He could of used nuke subs or rockets i don’t think you can hack.

lol thanks

I can guarantee you that no hacking of the game has happened. There are a variety of different things that could lead to this result.

This stack "3 battleships and 2 cruisers" is begging to be torpedoed.

A stack of 10 submarines would be the most efficient way to get the job done.

Maybe your opponent didn't have 10, but still managed to do some damage with 2-3.

That's the most likely explanation.

Or rockets, depending on how close you were to his air bases.

it was not subs. get off the subs thing. if it was subs, he would either be dead or engaged with his remainig units and he could see the subs once they attack until the end of the battle. It could be a larger stack of battleships though.
