“has fought someones troop without declaring war” bug

I was a huge country, as Italy. However I basically quit because 2 powerful AI countries said I fought them.

Romania, and France.

It said I attacked them without declaring war, but I never did anything.

I had no movements, besides cargo ships and battle ship moving to my hardland country.

And it says I attacked France without declaring war, yet I didn’t do anything! I just fought 2 very powerful AI countries at once because of the same thing, and my military and economy was basically devastated.

And then it says I attacked Romania for the same thing, and yet I had no armies around them!

I couldn’t recover, now basically all my military is gone thanks to this, and hours of wasted work.

Romania and France control my country now, and I find it very unfair that this has happened.

When you have ranged units such as artillery or naval units set on aggressive fire they will open fire on any unit that comes into range. Use this setting with caution or give right of way or higher relations with any Nations that might wander into range of your guns.

Or sometimes if you drag your naval powers instead of pressing the move button on PC, you will accidentally attack them.
