I was loading in the game when I saw this, I can still make orders and everything, but it still loads the loading screen.
My father once said this: “If you don’t know anything, don’t assume you know and don’t say anything you don’t know is true”
I always got annoyed when he said that, but to be honest he’s kinda right if you think about it

It's been doing this for a while, it works for when reloading.

I have had this happen, close tab and re-open, make sure you enter the homepage and not the game itself first.
