To heal a unit (increase condition), move your units to any province you control.Their condition increases about 15% of the damaged portion per day. Naval vessels heal anywhere.

Health regen
Hey, not sure if this is a bug or not, but I parked a naval fleet out in the corner of the map about a week ago, and noticed that its health has been regenerating. It was nearly 25%, with a submarine around 10%, cruiser around 50% and a carier around 5%, and they are all now up of 50%. Is it supposed to do this?
