Mess with the Bill, you get the scorn!
So I had a battalion of about a half dozen heavy tanks supported by 15 or so infantry who attacked a town and the only units in that town were a dozen bombers and a half dozen fighter planes - no land units. In real life, I would expect tanks to annihilate planes on the ground, however the reverse happened. The planes took hardly any damage, and my battalion is gone. Is it just me, or does this seem wrong?

Are there any remaining problems regarding the airplanes (when grounded)?
They should now:
- fight with the very reduced values of a convoy (and being shown as such)
- automatically return to their airbase and turn into a convoy when the city is captured or the airfield destroyed
- start fighting the city garrison or other ground troops in range
Yes. They seem to not know when a city has been taken over. A Polish plane was bombarding Minsk from Warsaw, even after the British took it over. Even so, it froze the entire British army for 6 days because the entire British army was fighting it. So, I would say yeah.
I lost 4 Light tanks to 3 TB on the ground. It better fracking get fixed. Wallet in closed till then
It's fixed, sorta...
