Help. All my Gold did not follow me in to the new games I am playing

You see the bars on the top right of a post that let you quote and like a post? It looks like that, says more under it. Click support and then file a ticket.

The one with the bannor, sitemap and down arrow? or the one in the middle that says "Bug Report and Issues"?

What? I’m talking about on the game itself, not the forums. You go to more and hit help, you can talk to someone who will directly help you there.

I already responded to this issue when you asked for a solution in the chat. The zero stats is just a temporary visual bug. Your stats are not erased. They are just hidden. The devs are aware and are working on the fix. It'll be back to normal very soon, don't worry. In the meantime, all your unit kills, city captures, victories etc are being logged in the server.

Regarding your gold, do exactly as Carking said, and someone from support will handle your case for you. Just make sure to follow up on your support ticket once a day, because they might ask you some questions.

I did that 15 hours ago and he Sgt Steel handed me off to someone else and no word from the other yet. How long before they even say they are working on it? I did respond after that this morning and no answer from that either.

They have not responded to the new question on the ticket so I am thinking they no longer go back to it.

It can take up to 3 days. I’d follow Morty’s advice to increase your chance.

Don't worry. As Carking said, it's normal for technical issues to take up to 72 hours. Keep checking for replies though, and Im sure it'll get resolved.
