HELP! facebook log in and lost my state :/
Hi All,
I just logged on another device using my FB log in, same as my original log in. It took me to enter your username, so I did as I had no other option and then I started form tutorial and new game.
Please help me access my old game, my first time and was really enjoying it!

As a new member to this game, I am left with very disappointing experience so far, not only I loose my account I also see no communication from anyone regarding my issue on forums or via support tickets.
Things like that make players leave, personally I was getting in to the game a lot, but now will not be starting a new round so close to Xmas and etc..after holidays who knows...will I even remember about the game?
