You may appeal to the senior moderators Stormbringer50 or Byzantion1683 in a private message. We do not discuss such things in public, nor do we spend time searching third party websites such as Reddit.

Paying for access does not exempt you from the rules of conduct. We fairly apply the rules to all participants, and attempts at bribery of my staff in this manner are not conducive to your case.

I was banned because of my username but idk how my username could be in violation of tos?

also I didn't receive a follow up on how to change this.

My account Abdul780 has been wrongly ban because some guy on the opposing team wanted to ban me cuz i was attacking his country. He was salty that he was losing. I never swore or insulted him. idk y i was banned it just happened. Your guys banning system is very ban so many innocents have been banned. Plz unban my account: Abdul780

Players do not have the ability to ban other players. I find no record of this incident please reply to the conversation with my Senior Game Operator who is looking into this.

I've got chat banned. I've asked the senior moderators i think, but no answers. And a guy of the bug reports said he could do nothing.

It's a perma ban, just because i had a discussion in a chat and the moderator didn't want to bother himself in reading and thinking. He saw "nazis" -> blablabla you must not apologize nazism -> ban. Well, the thing is, it was just an historical and "political" discussion about the differences between National Socialism and Nazism. I was arguing that it was not the sames. Nazism was a kind of National Socialism, but all the National Socialism are not nazism. Because, stricto sensu, it's Nationalism + Socialism (generally speaking). And NS is, in my opinion, wider than just nazisme. It's like reducing religions to e. g zoroastrisme.

Ok people may disagree with me. But i don't see at all where was i supposed to promote nazism or any kind of regimes by the way.

I can understand the moderator, that may have fear that the discussion became inacceptable. But it wasn't at all the case (and i don't remember but it wasn't even me who began it, and it was ending because we had say what we have to say to each other -me and the other guys-) , and a perma ban for that, moreover on all the channels is a little to strong isn't it ?

I don't know why i wrote all if that, because it was a long time ago. But i was searching another topic, saw this one, and well, why not, because it was unfair.

Hi there .

I am not able to enter my account ,I am not banned or anything I was just absent for 26 days because hospitalisation . .

Can someone help me please my username in game is gembird83 .I made a lot of effort on that account and don't a have a will to start building from start.

When i click on Play Now it take me to choose a new country in other word to start a new a game but my user name and ranking with other info from my acc is is still present on page.
