Help! My Account has been Banned?
Greetings Generals,
If you find that your game account is banned this means it has been banned by the Call of War Support team.
The reason for your ban can come for many different reasons but most commonly it is down to the following;
- You were sent a warning by the support team about Multi accounts and refused to reply.
- You were asked by the support team to submit 3 new username choices as your current name violated our game rules and/or Terms of Service.
- You have been rude/insulting towards members of the support team. This will usually come after you have been given a warning not to insult support and to be respectful/polite.
- You have cheated in our game a rule we take seriously and you have been banned without warning.
Once you reply here you will be sent a Forum Conversation as soon as is possible dealing with your issue, which can be resolved
Note: Ignorance is no excuse you get mail sent to your game account and a message is also sent to your registered email address. It is then in your own interest to reply to that mail as soon as you get it and NOT ignore the support team.

Hello,I am a player from 2023 March,I have been wrongfully banned, Moderator 828 had given me a 6 month ban for deputy moding,toxicity,using caps, mentioning bans, Which i had rightfully finished, but however 3 days later,i was banned again, without any warning or so, it appears its about my pfp being angry birds hitting the twin towers. May i ask if i can get unbanned?

I just found the email from Supremacy 1914 dated September 2017 that says my account is banned for playing with multiple accounts.
Can I have just the Fredrick Campbell account unbanned so that I get to play legitimately? It's been 7 years.

I was looking up call of war and I never found this email because the phrase call of war is not in the email. For that reason, it appeared to me, until today, that I never received an email.

I loaded gold into the game, but my gold did not arrive in my account and it became -1800, so I asked for a refund and then I got banned, but I recorded the error on video. I want my unfair ban to be lifted.

That would make sense—sharing the same network as someone else would certainly set off the anti-cheat system. It's reassuring to know that it doesn't happen often, though! It's always infuriating when something like that happens unexpectedly, but at least it's not the norm.You-Know-Who wrote:

My account got banned 2 days ago, I went to the support page yesterday but didn't receive a reply yet. I just want to know if I got perma banned. I assume it is for the multi account thing, my brother has been playing this game for a few years now but he introduced me to the game quite recently. I don't have my own computer so we play together using our gmail accounts. I didn't realize that this could get me banned but I don't know how else I would be able to play with them except of course if we just share one. I could also ask my mom to use her phone but I'm not sure about that one. My account name is underover. Thank you =)

My 5-year-old account is gone, here's the chronology:
1. On June 3, 2025, as usual, I opened callofwar.com (web browser) because I was in an intense battle
2. Strangely, it returned to the initial login interface and did not enter my usual profile account.
3. Then I entered the ID and Pass that I memorized and saved in Google Password Manager, so it was impossible for me to enter the wrong password.
4. However, what appeared was the sentence "invalid username or password"
5. Then I used the login option using Gmail
6. What appeared was a new user account with the default nickname newbie
7. I have not been able to access my account at all until now
often use High Command / Premium Account to support Call of War, I just hope my account comes back
