If you find that your game account is banned this means it has been banned by the Call of War Support team.
The reason for your ban can come for many different reasons but most commonly it is down to the following;
You were sent a warning by the support team about Multi accounts and refused to reply.
You were asked by the support team to submit 3 new username choices as your current name violated our game rules and/or Terms of Service.
Note: When it is one of the above reasons, you are given plenty of notice and no reply within 3 days (72hrs) will lead to your account been banned.
You have been rude/insulting towards members of the support team. This will usually come after you have been given a warning not to insult support and to be respectful/polite.
You have cheated in our game a rule we take seriously and you have been banned without warning.
In any of these cases account bans are preventable. But if you find yourself banned please reply to this thread and we will look into this for you, and if you were unfairly banned you wull be unbanned and if you were fairly banned, we will inform you of reason.
Once you reply here you will be sent a Forum Conversation as soon as is possible dealing with your issue, which can be resolved
Note: Ignorance is no excuse you get mail sent to your game account and a message is also sent to your registered email address. It is then in your own interest to reply to that mail as soon as you get it and NOT ignore the support team.

Hey I started a game with some friends at one of their houses and it gave me a warning almost right off the bat. So I made a note not to play on the same wifi. Well some of us also work at the same place and I tried logging in and it banned me from the game. This is the first game I've had a full coalition of friends to play with and I'd really like to get back into it. Thank you

You should have gotten a message from staff on what happened and how to solve this. You may contact

I was not given any warning that what I did would get my account banned for a week, no warning nothing !!
I only complained about a player who uses a LOT of gold to win games, I warned other players,

1) Blacklisting of other players is a serious violation of the rules. You may not accuse other players here in public in any way.
2) Gold is an important part of the game and Articles, messages and images which serve to speak ill about the game and deter people from using the premium account (High Command) and/or Gold, are strictly prohibited.

Bytro also prohibits usernames linked to national socialism, fascism, terrorism, or other persons/organizations that promote violence and/or hate. Your username was found to break the rules mentioned above. Please respond within the next 72 hours with a list of at least 3 alternative usernames that we can change the current one to. Hello there.
I started a game with some friends at school and then a couple of weeks later I got banned for cheating. My brother and I both play together at home as well and it kicked us both from the game. I assume this is because we were on the same wifi at school and then at home. This is a game I've been playing with friends and its our senior year of high school and I would like to be able to finish it and play it out with them and with my brother. Is there anyway I can get unbanned because I'm not cheating, I don't have the want or will to create multi-accounts and cheat, nor do I really have the time to keep up with multiple countries. Thank you

The Support promised an answer in 3 Days! Now it is the fifth day. I asked a Game Operator and he is ignoring me! All this because I got banned for something I didn't do. And this is the ''Support''. I am disappointed and very angry.

Unfortunately this isn't in a department that I can assist you with as I am EN Senior Game Operator. Please submit another ticket and explain you didn't get a response, also check your email spam folder to make sure it didn't go there.

i would love to get unbanned from chat. i never had any warning, i don't have multiple accounts. I wish to continue to pay for High Command and support this great game, but not if i don't have access to the High Command support chat room.
