Help - Player of server was posting child porn
I put in a report over a week ago about a player (Italy) posting child porn on our server in the articles. I reported this as nothing has been done which in itself is absolutely criminal.
The game number - #5602395
Sort your act out, no one wants to see this stuff and your reporting method via bots is piss-poor and never gets things sorted.
This is absolutely vile and people shouldn't be able to do this.

I agree. I have tried to heads up Bytro about the support buttons not working at all. Oh please don't tell me Bytro is going the Evony way.
Credibility is totally lost if support is non existant
Yeah, I've reported players for all kinds of stuff and never get a response or any indication they even noticed. I've reported players using the Nazi flag, bragging about multi-accounting, advertising for porn sites, and probably a few other things. Moderating this stuff is not a priority.
I hope they figure this out. As I have a massive multi accounter on my server, but I can't report him lol.
Maybe time for a small break again. We shall see how this plays out.
This kind of policing isn't done by paid Bytro staff but by the volunteers. In times when there are many resignations and few recruits, especially in summer, it just doesn't get done. Sad but true.

Is there anything we can do to help get a ticket prioritized? When you can't get a response and another player is blatantly multi-accounting it's very frustrating. It really does affect game play.
One could argue players using Nazi flags and posting child porn in the newspaper doesn't impact the competitive experience of the game.
When I was a GO (years ago; procedures may have changed) there was just a list of tickets and you basically worked them down from the top. Multi-accounting investigations were only done by senior GO's as they were much more complicated (checking IP's etc) and there was no training at the time; I never made it that far, so I basically never made it past nazi flags and child porn. As I recall it was very boring and tedious work, with a lot of red tape involved to record and justify your own actions. One nazi flag (or F- and N-words and stuff like that) cost like 10 minutes and there were dozens every day.

I'm sorry to hear about the unpleasant situation you've encountered on your server. It's essential to create and maintain a safe and respectful gaming environment for everyone.
