Go to the newspaper and search for the article that says retire. Press the retire button, and you’ll win the game.
there is no retire button in the newspaper

search through all previous days in newspaper, the button only shows up on the day there is only 3 active players left
On the bottom of the newspaper you will find a retirement button if there are only 3 players left. All active players need to agree to end the game.
