Known bug. I'd file a support ticket but I'm not even sure those get through to the devs. Still do so anyways though.

Historic World War 1939 Country selection issues...
So when I join a fresh new (I mean 0 player) 1939 Historic world war game, It randomly spawns me in africa and I have to refresh the page and when I pick a country most good ones are taken.
