Honoring advertised prices in the shop

This morning I was looking at the bright, shiny bundles offered in the shop. Not real often, but on occasion, I have given in to my impatience, and the temptation to spend a little money on the game. Scrolling thru the offered products I came across a bundle that caught my eye. 78,500 gold and some cards for a handful of different low level tanks for 19.99, and available for purchase for 9 more days. I clicked on the gold bar for that bundle with the price of 19.99 US dollars and am directed to a screen that shows only the bundle that I had chosen to purchase. On this page, in order to go to the final payment page, I again clicked on the gold bar “price tag” of the bundle saying 19.99 US dollars. Final payment page had a final price of 99.99 US dollars. Wtf? So I found my way to Bytro support where I told my story and ended up chatting with a fellow called Brimm. I sent him a screenshot of the bundle offered in shop for 19.99. He thanked me and then he asked for a shot of the final price listed at 99.99, which I sent. 3 screen shots total. After 90 minutes with no response I went back to the shop, repeated the whole process of choosing the bundle listed at 19.99 and getting to check out with a 99.99 price tag. After about 2 hours reached out to Brimm to see when I can complete my purchase…. It’s been over 12 hours and a couple more messages sent… Disappointedly, I haven’t heard from Bytro Support at all. But I went to the shop a minute ago to see that they changed the price of the bundle to 99.99. What? So Bytro isn’t standing by the price that the bundle was listed for? What kind of customer service is that? I expected Brimm to help me complete my purchase, as I would expect any business to honor their advertised price for goods or services offered. I’m pissed. I have really grown to love this game but a big middle finger and cold shoulder to the paying customer has left a bad taste in my mouth. And if not rectified, I won’t spend another dime here. Ever.
