I am not sure where to go to report a problem with my game. I have read to not report it more than once, but don't know if I have "reported" it properly in the first place. I am reluctant to report the problem here, because I think I reported it to a game administrator who had just been on line, but I'm not sure that was an official "report". On the other hand, if I don't tell you the problem, how can you possibly solve it?
official report system is now to: open setting in map->press the bug icon->choose the correct category and fill your report->send it.
Alternatively you can do it from game's main page, the button to press it "support" located always on the bottom of the page.
