How to you create a game when using a phone???

When on a computer you go to Games and on the right hand side is a + create a game

\when on a phone, you do not have that option there.

So how do people with phones create a game?

That feature is not available on mobile.

You could use your phone's browser and switch it to desktop mode so that you can utilize desktop only features.
