For the love of all things holy, please, please, please alphabetize the drop-down list of provinces and armies in the diplomatic trade offerings. 
I beg you, please do this.
I've reported this in the in-game bug reports several times. 
I've requested this in the comprehensive suggestion list as well as other places in the forum.
I may have even made another thread in this same section and I can't even remember it anymore. 
I have been requesting this fix for months, now. It's been bad. 
But now that one can literally own hundreds if not thousands of provinces in the new World Map, it is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to find entries in the list. 
ALSO, the army drop-down list usually is missing many if not most owned or visible-but-not-owned military groups.
And, on a related subject, please add Morale sorting AND Money-production Sorting in the Province list. Especially the morale sorting so that we can prioritize fortresses and see when sabotage or some unexplained cause is hurting unnoticed provinces. The extra columns could be quite minimal in width, at least for the morale sorting one. Since the "fix" 
for distance-to-capital morale decrease screwed up wide-spread empires, this has been greatly needed.
It seemed like such a waste to destroy an entire battle station just to eliminate one man. But Charlie knew that it was the only way to ensure the absolute and total destruction of Quasi-duck, once and for all.A very good suggestion, I believe the current system adds provinces in order of acquisition.
That seems right but I think the choice of browser affects it somehow, also. Sometimes, a new acquisition is at the bottom of the list. Sometimes it's at the top. But I can't figure out any real structure. At least, in the province list it is by acquisition for sure. But the drop-down lists in the diplomacy screen are super frustrating.
In a match where the sudden-match-end bug just happened, I had a massive empire with about 300 provinces. In another match, I had about 500 military units. There needs to be some sorting going on.
And the morale sort in the province list is really needed right away.
