You are still able to create a coalition. At least I am. Did you open a private game ?

I can no longer create a coalition
Is this new? I have always been able to create a coalition in the past. If there are new requirements to create a coalition it would be nice to have that explained. This game is becoming less and less fun.

Thank you for your patience, this is a known bug. Please be assured that the devs are working hard to find a fix. There is no prediction when it will be fixed at this point in time.
