I can't build airbases

I cannot build an airbase in ANY province. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Have you tried closing and restarting your browser?

If that doesn’t help send a bug report from the lower right corner of your map and a game operator will assist you.

Yes, I've tried that, and I just realised that I cannot make more naval bases either. I just sent a bug report.

Just scroll down on the construction tab. They changed it so it won't appear unless you scroll down.
