without seeing your level but seeing that you are new i believe the problem is that there is a minimum level before you can create games and some maps are restricted to only be created by the system

i can't create a game
for some reason the game keeps telling me "an error occurred while creating your game. please try again or report this error to the forum" so here I am

I have a problem, I can't create games on mobile. There is no button to create one. I know you can switch to desktop client, but it just doesn't work on smaller devices like phone. Can you please add a button to create games?

That feature has not yet been added to mobile. It is on the list but I am unsure of the scheduling on mobile features.
