some maps don’t work...so keep waiting for one (probably closer to the top of the new games section) that allows you in

I cant play event map
I want to play as germany so I'm trying to join all ın map as first player when I chose germany game says you finished 3 rd look to other games and I can see all armies of all countries on map why I have to join games as last player ? why when I be first player I cant play game ?
