i have been locked out of my account

can you help i have been locked out of my account and no-one has said why i put nearly £100 pounds into the game i was on in my old account and was banned i didn't do anything to get banned for i feel the game is a con its took my money and kicked me out and i was going to win the game someone help let me know whats happening

You have been sent at least 4 emails from the support department regarding this issue in reply to each message you have sent. I suggest you check your spam or other folders for such messages, or submit a new support ticket with a different email address.
