It takes 1 day for reward to become available or it might be reverted by mistake while they are trying to fix a recent bug.
I haven't recieved my 90 day mobile general reward, when i looked at the achievments there were no button for me to claim a reward but before i got the achievement it promise a 6000 gold reward. Where's my gold please respond Bytro

yes, but if you don't get the reward by tomorrow then something might be wrong.............
Ok I'll tell you tomorrow if i recieved it tnx, but if i dont recieve it where should i go and report the problem?

Don't worry, I checked, its not a bug. They have deactivated the reward claiming button because they are fixing a bug. Just wait for a day or two until its back up again and then you can get the reward.
