Remember when you first joined? In the tutorial (your first ever game) you are given a free medium tank. That is what has happened here, you must be in a 22 player.

I just started a new game today
It says in the news paper its day one. a new head line is posted in the news paper : Germany has taken Memel Lithuania. the details say " German medium tank brigade has taken over Memel. "
Its day one in the research area it says medium tanks cant be researched until day 8 so how is the news paper article possible ? its game # 1918566

wow .. nice catch. to be honest my 1st game I joined in late and never really got intertested had a hard time figuring things out etc.. it was my second game where I did more reading and figured the game out. I completely missed the fact I got a free med tank to start.. thx.

Not all countries get a medium tank brigade a the outset. It's been a while since I've played a game on the 22-player European map, but it seems that several countries always do. In my experience of playing 10 or 12 games on that map, AI Germany always starts with a medium tank unit in East Prussia (Konigsburg).Not A Communist wrote:
