I keep requesting, but not receiving emails

Greetings Warriors,

I'm new 'round here and so far I'm having a good time. However, one recurring bug keeps buzzing around my head and I can't seem to swat it.

My troops keep reporting that they've found treasure, but I can't collect it because these emails don't arrive. I've tried changing the email address, but have had no luck at either my gmail or yahoo email accounts. I've checked my spam folders as well, but no dice.

I submitted a Support Form several days ago, but haven't heard anything.

Could someone please give me a hand with this? Thanks!
