low 80's last time I checked ... middle of day two and have not been at war with anybody ...

My observation is that 88% or so seems to be a magic number for getting row, but still not always.

Just be patient and don't make any threatening moves.

I'm most Popular Nation in game 3,030,465 per World Herald with 82%- where I'm South Africa in 39 map. If the requirement is 88%, I just don't see anybody in this game (and previous others) getting RoW ... I recommend lowering that threshold to 80% ...

Done that, but could not get one of 40+ AI countries to give me back RoW with highest popularity in 39 map at 82% ... The is why I suggested that magic number be brought down to 80% from 88% ...

It isn't that 88% is a magic number as I have gotten row with lower popularity than that. My point was if you can improve your reputation with them you have a higher chance of getting row faster.

I think your just unlucky, my popularity is 61%

Forum attachment as you can see, some have even given mapshare
