This literally just happened to me. I had two groups of Commandos who upon upgrading to level 2 mysteriously vanished from my game. No message, no newspaper no nothing. Just gone

I see rumours about missing units when upgrading
It has come to my attention, that after the latest patch - at least 2 people have been complaining about a upgrade bug
( naval bombers specific )
When they upgraded and the upgrade finished the bombers disappeared!
Anyone else have seen or had it happen to themselfs?

Not to me. But do you reload the game after it? It should be there.
