Has declared war, or has invaded?

Sometimes, for example after a revolt, if AI provinces are "cut off", the stupid AI runs mindlessly via foreign territory - then also 'normal' AI occasionally starts wars. Silly, but inadvertently.

Or it's a 50s map?

I have heard from few players that the 'normal' AI in a 50s map sometimes even without reason enters foreign territory.

Could very well be that there is a bug - a kind of 'path error' perhaps...

I would write to the support and ask directly ...
