thanks for reporting this. it may take a while for the systems to synchronize and realize you are now in a different alliance. if the problem persists for too long we will look into it of course.

I was part of an alliance, then left and created my own. The in game alliance chat still has the welcome message from the previous alliance and anything I type does not appear.

Ok. Just to let you know I created the new alliance 2 days ago or so. I never notice the issue until my friend joined the alliance.

i just logged into your account and could see the proper alliance welcome message and also type in it. did you try reloading the game or maybe clearing the browsercache?
