This is because you tried joining a game that required country selection. Since it didn't load, and you left it at that, meaning you didn't pick a country within an hour, the system will log you as inactive and re-open that slot.
Have you checked that your internet connection is working correctly, and whether anything might be impeding the game connecting properly?
I am having the same problem loading the game. Not appear the option to select country.
Same here, tried to play 2 games and both times I got stuck at the loading bar, couldn't even pick a country.
